The scope of work is the same; the specification level changes. Higher packages use superior steel and cement grades, higher tile budgets, better door and window systems, premium fittings and additional lifestyle provisions.
Yes. Start with any base package and upgrade individual categories — flooring, doors, kitchen, bathroom, paint, electrical or lifestyle features. The builder on this page shows the price impact of each choice.
Within a package you can choose any approved brand at the same specification level. Moving outside the approved list is possible and is priced as a written variation before work starts.
A wallet amount is the per-unit budget allotted for an item you select yourself, such as tiles at ₹100 per sq.ft. Choose something cheaper and the difference is credited; choose something costlier and you pay only the difference.
Package rates are exclusive of GST and statutory charges. Applicable taxes are shown separately in your detailed quotation.
No. Items outside the package — compound walls, deep foundations required by soil conditions, government deposits, landscaping — are listed separately in the quotation before you sign.
Compound walls, gates and external landscaping are quoted separately because they depend on plot boundaries and local rules.
We prepare and file the drawings for local body approval and coordinate with your liaison consultant. Government fees and deposits are paid at actuals.
A 10-year structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on materials and finishing, both documented in your contract and handed over at completion.
Yes, until the relevant stage begins. Upgrades after that stage is executed are possible but cost more, so we confirm selections in the design phase.
Built-up area is multiplied by your package rate for the chosen location and home type, then upgrades, exclusions and site-specific items are added. The result is a fixed-scope quotation, not an estimate.
Most homes take eleven to eighteen months on site depending on size and finishes, with two to three months of design and approvals before that.
Yes. Weekly photo and video reports, stage sign-offs and scheduled site visits or video walkthroughs with your site engineer.
