5. 05Structural PlanningStructural design, services coordination and a detailed bill of quantities. Approvals are filed in parallel.
6. 06ConstructionOur site team builds to the drawings, with weekly progress reports, photo updates and scheduled site visits for you.
7. 07Quality InspectionChecklists for reinforcement, concrete, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing and finishes — each inspected before it is covered up.
8. 08HandoverA deep-cleaned home, a walkthrough of every system, as-built drawings, warranties and a keys ceremony with your family.
